When contacting technical support please provide the following information in order for us to process your request:
- The product name and the version number
- Describe what you were doing when the problem occurred and exactly what happened
- Exact error message if applicable
- Severity level
- The operating system platform on which you are running the product, and any other relevant environment information
- The database system used
